Shock Analysis

The K factor of the shock spring had to be determined to make sure the shock would absorb the vertical drop test. Only 85% of the stroke would be used when dropping the car from .91 m. The conservation of energy and hooke's law was used to determine the K factor needed. The K factor calculated was 180,000 N/m.
